Processing Time

All sculptures are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Pelistone Art & Sculptures only ships within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location within the UK and the courier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed before you complete your order.

Once your sculpture has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging

Each sculpture is handcrafted and often one‑of‑a‑kind. We use protective packaging materials to ensure safe transit and reduce the risk of damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your UK location and the size/weight of the sculpture.

Delivery Delays

Pelistone Art & Sculptures is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Weather conditions

• High seasonal demand

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

We will always support you in tracking and resolving courier‑related issues.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the sculpture

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
